At Literacy Lovers, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept change of mind returns within 14 days of delivery provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition.

  • The item is returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is provided.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change of mind returns.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number.

  • A description of the issue.

  • Photographs of the damaged or incorrect item.

If the product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly, Literacy Lovers will provide a replacement, refund, or store credit at our discretion.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, downloadable resources are generally non-refundable once they have been accessed or downloaded, unless required by applicable consumer laws.

Refund Processing

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
